The Great Harbor Marina is just a few minutes past downtown. Also, Causeway View Cottage is just a 2 minute drive to the Causeway Golf Course (which can also be seen from the cottage) and The Charlotte Rhodes Butterfly Garden is a couple hundred feet down the road!

The cottage features 4 bedrooms: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full/double and a room with three twins, sleeping a total of 9. There is a full bathroom off the master bedroom, another full bathroom on the 2nd floor, and a half bath on the first floor. The large kitchen has a dishwasher and all the appliances for preparing family meals. The dining room is off the kitchen and seats 8. There is a living room with flat screen TV, and a separate family game room (with one or more table games—TBD).

Bar Harbor is just 18 minutes away and an entrance to Acadia National Park's Ocean Drive is just 15 minutes away. Activities in the area include swimming, boating, hiking (a couple Acadia Hiking trails are just 2-3 miles away), fishing, sightseeing. Echo Lake Beach, part of Acadia National Park, is just two miles away. Also nearby are public tennis courts, water park, miniature golf, horseback riding, petting zoo, and oceanarium!
