It's a lovely property with a small yard and porch for enjoying the warm summer evening. One of the owners is a local landscaper, so there are lovely garden touches outside. Located near the end of the downtown district, it enjoys relative quiet for an in-town cottage.

Owned by an artist, the decor is very contemporary with many of the artist's sculptures and paintings adorning the interior. It features 3 bedrooms ( 2 queens, 2 twins), 2 bathrooms, one with tub. The living room also has a sleep sofa. The dining area seats 4, but there is also kitchen with countertop dining and high stools.
