Spectacular views from this oceanfront cottage across the bay from Acadia National Park. Just 2+ miles to Mount Desert Island and the one of the country’s most beautiful national parks. The cottage sits up on a bluff overlooking the bay, with views of Cadillac and Sargeant Mountains. Stairs take you down to 250' of sandy shoreline where the tide brings in new adventures every day. Sunbathe, kayak, swim and build sand castles on your beach. Located on beautiful wooded property (there are some astounding 100 foot trees), wildlife abounds around the cottage, including deer, fox, and bald eagles! Facing south, the cottage and property enjoy bright sunshine and sunsets.

Nautic Bay is just a 15-18 minute drive to downtown Bar Harbor—where you’ll find great seafood, restaurants, movie theatre and shopping—and an 14-minute drive to the entrance to Acadia National Park (although just a few minutes to the Information Center). The park features mountain hiking, bicycling, beaching, and some of the most beautiful vistas in the world! Also enjoy whale watch tours, golfing at Kebo Valley (top rated PGA course), the ferry to Nova Scotia and more!

The cottage has 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 8), living room and full kitchen, 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms have 1 king bed, 1 queen, 2 twins. This single-story cottage features a unique 2nd floor loft with panoramic windows for an amazing views—a great sitting, relaxing room, or even a 4th bedroom as it has a sleep sofa! Amenities include hardwood floors in the great room, dishwasher, washer/dryer, all linens, cookware, dining ware, beach chairs, cable TV, computer with internet, phone, toaster, microwave oven, coffee maker. There is a sleep sofa for extra sleeping space. There is also a furnished outdoor deck with gas BBQ for enjoying the glorious Maine summer weather. All the comforts of home in a lovely, comfortable oceanside cottage!
