Sparrow Townhouse

Sparrow Townhouse is a lovely two-story townhouse in-town Bar Harbor with views of the Acadia mountains. Located about a 10-minute walk from the downtown district, the property enjoys close proximity to everything in our area. Just a 1 minute drive to enter the Acadia National Park Loop Road (or a few minutes to walk to a hiking trail), Sparrow Townhouse is also just a few blocks from Kebo Valley Golf Course and a little over a 1/2 mile to the Sand Bar and ocean.

Sparrow Townhouse features one queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 twins, both on the second floor, and a full bathroom. The first floor features lovely hard-wood flooring in the living room (with sleep sofa), kitchen, 1/2 bath, dining area. There is also a small outdoor deck with grill.

Amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cookware and diningware. There is a cable TV, DVD player, stereo system, and high speed cable internet. Lot's of books too! There is a charcoal BBQ grill on the deck. No landline phone but cell phone service is good.

There is also off street parking for one car.

Acadia National Park is just minutes away! Bar Harbor has lots of fun stuff to do, like whale watch tours, sea kayak tours, bike rentals, scooter rentals, lighthouse tours, sightseeing bus tours, and much more. In the area there is also mini-golf (in addition to the 4 golf courses), water park, oceanarium, airplane sightseeing tours, hiking, walking—fun for the whole family!
